    a PDF report including type information, QR and Pin Codes allowing patient access to
    the Packets.

  and other personal information. Documents encrypted and stored in a private cloud owned and
  controlled by the patient who in turn share these documents with providers and family
  members.

      member patient QR code insuring that the information is routed to the QR holder.
